Return & Exchange Policy

For the safety and sanitation of our customers and team, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products once purchased

Care Guidelines

To maintain your hair extensions:
• Use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
• Detangle gently with a wide-tooth comb when wet
• Air dry when possible or use low heat settings
• Apply heat protectant before styling
• Sleep with hair in a silk/satin bonnet or pillowcase
