Hair Care & Maintenance

Q: How do I care for my hair bundles?
A: Wash with sulfate-free shampoo, use a wide-tooth comb when wet, and apply leave-in conditioner. Air dry when possible and avoid using too much heat without heat protectant before styling.

Q: How long do the hair bundles last?
A: With proper care, our virgin hair bundles can last 12+ months. Raw hair may last even longer with gentle handling.

Q: Can I color or bleach the hair?
A: Yes! Our virgin and raw hair can be colored, bleached, and styled. We recommend having it done by a professional colorist.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.  Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping coming soon!

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: For the safety and sanitation of our customers and team, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products once purchased

We take great care to ensure our products are high quality and carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Q: How many bundles do I need?
A: For a full install: 12-24 inches (2-3 bundles), 26-30 inches (3-4).

Q: What's the difference between virgin and raw hair?
A: Virgin hair is unprocessed but may be steam-treated. Raw hair is completely unprocessed and unsteamed.

Q: How do I choose the right texture?
A: Consider your natural hair texture and desired look. Contact us for personalized recommendations!
